Admiral Craft recently introduced its new Lunar Ice brand of products to foodservice pros.  The Lunar Ice line includes ice machines and soft serve ice cream machines. They are quality products at an attractive price point.

 

Their Ice Machines are available in two styles; Undercounter and Modular. The self-contained Undercounter machines have a compact design for space preservation and placement flexibility. All of the Ice machines have a built in digital control system with auto alert maintenance reminders. The anti-corrosive nickel-plated evaporator plate produces crystal clear cubes. These units are all ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation and come with a one year parts/labor warranty and five years on the compressor and evaporator plate.

 

The Lunar Ice Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines are perfect for serving up delicious soft-serve ice cream, custard, yogurt and sorbet. Available in a single flavor countertop model or two double flavor models that include the third lever for the flavor twist option.  The easy to use digital controls help maintain consistent product quality during operation.  A standby mode keeps the product at a safe temperature during long no-use periods of time. These units are all ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation and come with a one year parts/labor warranty and five years on the compressor.
