The WindGuard Fold-Away Chalkboard Chafer is a hot new product from Sterno Products. We recently caught up with Thaddaeus Smith from Sterno, to learn more about it. This is a great product. Restaurants, hotel banquets, schools, and event caterers are going to love this one. The Fold-Away Chalkboard Chafer folds flat, making it easy to transport to and from locations and is easily stored in between events. When it’s time to get ready for your event, just flip it open and set it up. It uses standard food pans and it’s perfect for indoor and outdoor events.

 

What makes this product extra cool? You can write on these chafers with liquid chalk. This is a great feature when personalizing events. You may choose to identify the food product on the outside of the chafer or add a personal greeting to your guests. As you know, every extra touch that personalizes an event for your guests goes a long way.

 

At the end of the night, just wipe the chafer clean with water and a cloth and fold it up. Your chafer will be ready to go with a fresh canvas for your next event.
